Country Style Bedlinen; setting up the new range

It has been quite busy at work of late with new stock starting to filter through to prepare for the new season.  Another new bedlinen collaboration we have introduced is the Country Style magazine bedlinen launch.  They have created their own range and we have been advised to set aside an area especially to promote it.

I haven’t really looked at Country Style mag for a lot of years but I hear it is beautiful and these days it encompasses so many looks that are quite popular..from industrial , coastal, country, french provincial and all the hybrids that can come from these styles..so  I really must check it out.

The range is very simple..we have two quilt cover sets which are both linen and so soft to touch.  The chocolate one has a tiny little edging in a quaint cream cotton lace which gives it a feminine touch but over all it looks quite simple.  The other is a mix of light and medium grey stripes also in a delicious linen.

Sometimes the manager and staff are a little wary of changing a room that is working..ie the way the bed is dressed is really assisting with reaching the customer who would buy it and therefore helps with sales of the bedroom range..you know kind of if its not broken don’t fix it..which I do understand.  So it was great to see that a lovely gentleman (obviously with an eye for quality) snapped up a set of each and the entire bedroom suite within a few hours..so I’m sure the range will be a success.

So much more to share..lots of lovely new homewares and I especially want to show the the new Royal Albert dinner range..particularly the tea set..what a fabulous high tea could be had with this range.

Thats all for today….have a great weekendxx

it’s really beautiful, looks very relaxing and it reminds us of country homes where in we can just relax and have fresh fruits.
