Indian Summer … Teepee Nursery Style

Wow , Can you believe it’s December already??  I’m usually a bit more organised but this year it has really has crept up on me.

I am happy to finally bring you some new quilts featuring the Indian Summer print.  I must confess I loved it at first sight but have had it sitting in my cupboard for way too long so I’m glad to finally have made it up.

The patchwork quilt features my hand stitched motif which in this case is a teepee.  I have made lots of different patterns in the quilt and the cushions so you can mix and match up the patterns.

I also have had made up a very limited number of fitted sheet and pillowcase sets as I’m looking at getting sets made up for new ranges in the new year.

I love the woodland cushion with the little animal faces peering out.  So cute.

I’m also considering bringing in some of the feather head dress and indian catchers for you so you can add that extra decorating element to your little guys nursery.

Well in other news we have just hit 3000 on Facebook which is pretty cool.  I also want to let you know that i have lined up some new yellow and grey spots which will be an ongoing range so I will be able to do more of the yellow and grey elephants that I know you all love.

I will also be branching out with a new range of all my own designs next year and I think we will be adding fitted cot sheets, single bed quilt covers and possible a single bed patch quilt….is this something you would like for your big boys bed??  Let me know if there are items you really want and I can take that into consideration for our sampling in January.

    Hi Nicole
It feels like you have been in my head. I have been thinking about doing a teepee Indian style room for my 2 and a half year old as his transition to a “big boy ” room got sometime. so I was very excited to read your last two blogs on this style! I have been looking for an Indian Headress on Etsy, they are beautiful but all so big, so i am quiet interested in the ones you might supply.
Thankyou for creating beautiful things for boys, I enjoy reading your blogs and love the quilt I purchased awhile ago. Merry Christmas.
    Emma

Totally love the Indian/chief theme for my upcoming nursery! Would also get an Indian Head dress to finish it all off! I’m very excited to read about your thinking of making single bed patchwork quilts as I’ve been meaning to contact you about special orders for my 2 older boys (3 and 15 months). Was so cut to have only just come across your range of beautiful cot quilts that would have matched my other themes beautifully! So single bed quilts made by you would be awesome! Can’t wait to hear back from you xx kylie z

Thanks so much for your message. Don’t want to disappoint but the larger sizes will most likely be quilt covers in one print..not patchwork. As always still waiting to hear back from the people who will be helping me produce them. But good to know what things you are interested in. But good news for your teepee nursery cause we have more teepee designs to come. nicolex
